Over the past 12 years I have worked in the disability sector, and prior to this in the community sector. Working alongside children, young people and their families, I have developed a passion for inclusive, person and family-centred approaches that are strengths-based and trauma-informed. My work has spanned diverse roles across behaviour support, family support, counselling, early intervention, community inclusion and therapy management.

I feel strongly about every person’s right to access support for their mental health and emotional wellbeing.  With extensive experience working alongside people with different abilities I am adaptable and flexible so that therapy can be engaging, accessible and delivered at a pace that suits you.

Dedicated to continuous learning and drawing on the latest evidence, my mission is to deliver a genuine, warm and highly effective therapy service.

On a personal note, I'm happiest spending time with my family, being by the ocean, swimming, surfing, kayaking and walking my dog Moose. I also love exploring the natural beauty of our area and planning my next adventure.
